At ALT. Fragrances, we want you to find your perfect scent; if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we offer a 30-day return window for a refund or store credit. Please note that items must be in their original packaging and meet our usage guidelines to qualify for a return.
Initiate Your Request
Visit our online Returns Portal and enter your order number and zip code to start the process and select the items you wish to return.
Package Your Items
Carefully place the fragrance bottles in their original boxes and secure them in a shipping mailer to prevent damage during transit.
Print and Attach Label
Download your prepaid shipping label from the portal, print it out, and securely attach it to the outside of your return package.
Drop Off and Track
Hand over your package to the designated carrier and keep your tracking receipt; once received at our warehouse, your refund will be processed within 7-10 business days.
